I need to return something

All returns must be registered with us first by contacting us here.  This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible.  Please provide us with the following information

  1. Your Order number
  2. Which item you want to return

Please remember to quote your order number.  Returns cannot be processed without this.  We must receive it no later than 28 days after you have taken delivery. 

  • Unicorn Products Ltd does not currently offer exchanges – only refunds.
  • The item(s) must be unused.
  • The item(s) must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process.
  • Items received after 28 days will not be refunded or credited.
  • Unicorn Products Ltd do not currently offer free returns.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless first agreed by a member of our customer service team.  It may result in a slower resolution time, or no refunds being given.  If you are unsure please contact us here before returning an item.

Once an item is approved for return, please address and send securely to the below address.  We recommend using a tracked mail or courier service when sending items back to us for your peace of mind.

I have received a faulty item

Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out ASAP.

We're really sorry to hear this.  In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our customer service team here who will get this sorted for you. 

Where it has been identified you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information: 

  1. Your order number (found on the original order confirmation)
  2. Which item is faulty.  (An item SKU number if possible)
  3. A description of the fault.  (Please be as detailed as possible)
  4. Photographic evidence (high-resolution photos, please).

Please do not return any faulty items unless first agreed by a member of our customer service team.  It may result in a slower resolution time, or no refunds being given.  If you are unsure please contact us here before returning an item.

Once an item is approved for return, please address and send securely to the below address.  We recommend using a tracked mail or courier service when sending items back to us for your peace of mind.  If it is determined you have received a faulty item we will also refund the cost of Royal Mail returns postage.

My parcel arrived damaged

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to our customer service team.  Contact us here.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made strictly within 7 days of the delivery date.

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of our customer service team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified accordingly.
