WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
- All consumer orders received and processed in our system will receive an order confirmation and will be scheduled for dispatch within 48 hours of receipt. (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer)
How do I track my order?

Log into your account, and check your recent orders. If the order has been dispatched, a courier company and tracking number will be shown. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer)
I don't have a PlayWithTheBest.com account yet
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. You will then be able to track your order using the courier and tracking number showing in the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer)

Do I need to pay Customs or Import Fees?
- All orders are shipped from the UK. For international deliveries, some countries in and outside of Europe may be subject to additional Customs or Import Fees.
- The grand total of your order displayed at the checkout does not include any Customs or Import Fees.
- The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional Customs or Import Fees if required. These will need to be paid directly to the carrier. They will then arrange delivery with you.
- If you choose to refuse the Customs or Import Fees, and your order is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you’re unsure as to whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

My shaft has broken during play and I can't remove this from the barrel, what can I do?

My point snapped during play, and I can't remove this with a repointing tool, what can I do?
There are several methods for removing a broken point from a barrel, including drilling out the broken point. Unfortunately, Unicorn Products do not offer this service, however many darts specialist retailers do, or will be able to recommend a company to do so.
My point snapped while repointing, and I can't remove this with a repointing tool, what can I do?
Unfortunately, replacement points are considered a consumable product and as such these are not covered by a guarantee. If your points break during repointing, Unicorn Products will not be held liable for this, this is the sole responsibility of the individual repointing the darts.
