Adam Hose
A tall, explosive, right-hander, Hose made his debut for Somerset in 2015 having impressed on trial and has since gone on to represent Warwickshire and, most recently, Worcestershire in the English game.
He made the move to Warwickshire in 2017 and immediately announced himself on T20 debut with 76 from just 43 balls with one of his maximums landing on the top deck of the pavilion.
With Ian Bell purring that it was ‘probably the best debut I’ve seen from a Warwickshire player’, Hose and the Bears reached the T20 final on home soil that summer, where they were eventually beaten by Notts Outlaws.
Taking his time to find his feet in the longer format, the right-hander hit his maiden Championship century against Nottinghamshire in 2019.
His T20 record stands tall, with over 160 matches to his name and nearly 4,000 runs, at an average just shy of 30 and a strike rate north of 140.
In recent years his stock has risen on the franchise circuit, representing sides in the Caribbean, Australia and the UAE.
