Amy Jones

An incredibly talented batter for club and country, Warwickshire’s Amy Jones has cemented her place as England’s first choice wicket keeper over the last few years.

Amy made her international debut in the 2013 World Cup. Then just 19, she showed signs of things to come with an assured 41 against Sri Lanka.

She would go on to make a 124 for Warwickshire against Essex in 2014’s County Championship and a superb 155* for England academy in an Ashes warm-up match against the touring Australians soon after.

2018 is when things really started happening for Amy. Her 94 for England against India in Nagpur was followed by two ODI half centuries against New Zealand. A 53* in the Women's World T20 semi-final win over India earned her a player of the match award and England a final date against Australia.

Last year, Amy notched a magnificent 163* for Central Sparks, the highest score in the Rachel Heyhoe Flint Trophy to date and a 60 from 46 against New Zealand which helped England women to their sixth-highest ODI total.

Amy is currently part of England's line-up at the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup.
