Delivery Information

 

UK DELIVERY

 

  •  FREE Delivery on all consumer orders of £30.00 or over, inc VAT.
  • The standard delivery charge for orders under £30.00 is £5.40 inc VAT.
  • All consumer orders received and processed in our system will receive an order confirmation and will be scheduled for dispatch within 48 hours of receipt.  (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer)
  • All orders are dispatched using Parcelforce express24 courier service – delivery within 1 working day of dispatch, by close of business.  This is available Monday to Friday, and a signature is required.  (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer)
  • Any orders that we would categorise as an ‘oversize delivery’ will be subject to a longer despatch time, and arrangements through alternative couriers, which we will advise within 24 hours of order receipt, or the next working day where applicable.
  • Delivery addresses situated outside of Mainland UK such as The Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Scilly, can take up to 2 working days for delivery.
  • Full Parcelforce tracking will be added to your order once dispatched.  You can track your order here - please quote the tracking number provided.  You can access this by logging into your account, and searching for your most recent order.  In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact us quoting your order number.
  • We are unable to deliver on public holidays or weekends.  Any orders placed on a public holiday or at the weekend will be dispatched within 48 hours of the next working day (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer).

International Delivery (Outside UK)

  • FREE DELIVERY on all consumer orders of £75.00 or over, inc VAT.
  • The delivery cost for orders under £75.00 is £24.00 including VAT.
  • All consumer orders received and processed in our system will receive an order confirmation and will be scheduled for dispatch within 48 hours of receipt.  (At busier times, quoted lead times can be longer)
  • All orders are dispatched using DHL Courier.  DHL Economy courier services are used within Europe.  DHL Express courier services are used for all other destinations.  A signature is required.
  • Full DHL tracking will be added to your order once dispatched.  You can track your order here - please quote the tracking number provided.  You can access this by logging into your account, and searching for your most recent order.
  • Some countries outside of the UK and Europe may be subject to additional Customs & Import Fees.  We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. The grand total of your order displayed at the checkout does not include any Customs & Import Fees. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional customs or import fees if required.  These will need to be paid directly to the carrier.  They will then arrange delivery with you.
  • In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 10 days please contact us quoting your order number.
  • Your contact and shipping information must be completed in full and correct detail to ensure our couriers can deliver easily to you.  If any detail requires further clarification or more detailed information, we will correspond with you via the email address and/or phone number that you provide. If we do not hear from you after 3 days we may have no option but to either return the goods or for them to be destroyed.

Do I need to pay customs or import fees?

  • All orders are shipped from the UK.  For international deliveries, some countries in and outside of Europe may be subject to additional Customs or Import Fees.
  • The grand total of your order displayed at the checkout does not include any Customs or Import Fees.
  • The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional Customs or Import Fees if required.  These will need to be paid directly to the carrier.  They will then arrange delivery with you.
  • If you choose to refuse the Customs or Import Fees, and your order is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you’re unsure as to whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
