Tom Lammonby

A local lad, growing up just down the road in Devon, Tom Lammonby made his first-class debut for Somerset in 2019, and quickly established himself as one of the most exciting young talents in county cricket.

His breakthrough year came in 2020 when he notched up significant runs in the Bob Willis Trophy, helping take his side to the final and earning his spot as a regular in the Somerset top order.

To date he has seven First-Class centuries and a little over 3,000 runs and, translating his game to the shortest format, has played 79 times in the T20 format, with a high score of 90.

His adaptability against various bowling attacks, coupled with his temperament in longer formats of the game, has made him a vital part of Somerset’s batting line-up.

The 24-year-old continues to grow into the short format game, representing sides in The Hundred, the Pakistan Super League and the Big Bash in Australia.
