Emily Arlott

A seam bowling all-rounder capable of influencing a game with bat and ball, Emily Arlott has been an integral part of cricket in Warwickshire for many years.

A leading performer for the Central Sparks from when they were formed in 2020, the 26-year-old was one of the first players to put pen to paper for the Bears ahead of their Tier 1 introduction from 2025.

In the past two summers she’s taken 40 wickets for the Sparks and sits fifth in the all-time leading wicket-takers in the Charlotte Edwards Cup, including a hat-trick versus South East Stars in 2024.

Representing Birmingham Phoenix in all four editions of The Hundred, Arlott has taken 33 wickets at an average of 16.75, finishing joint fourth in the standings with 11 scalps last summer.
