Jordan Clark

Able to make a mark on any game with bat or ball, Jordan Clark took 150 wickets and scored over 5,000 runs while playing for Lancashire between 2008 and 2018.

There was something about Roses Matches that brough out the best in towering allrounder.

In April 2013, in a Second XI clash at Scarborough, Jordan became the first English professional cricketer to hit six sixes in an over in a professional game.

His most memorable bowling display for Lancashire also came against Yorkshire, this time in the County Championship. In July of 2018, in successive balls, Jordan removed the wickets of England Test captain Joe Root, New Zealand captain Kane Williamson and Jonny Bairstow.

Jordan’s hat trick, the first in a Roses Match for 50 years, took care of the ICC Ranking’s second, third and 16th best batsmen. The 5-58 was also his maiden first-class five-wicket haul.

Jordan moved to Surrey in 2018. In his first season, he took 30 wickets and scored 590 runs. He continues to impress.
