Daniel Bell-Drummond
- Profile
As a youngster, Daniel was regarded as one of the most exciting young batters in the UK, and for good reason.
He first turned heads at Kent before appearing for England at U15, 17 and 19 level, becoming the highest run-scorer for his country in youth ODIs with a century v Australia in 2012.
Aged 17, Daniel made his First-Class debut and soon impressed with an effortless 80 v Loughborough MCCU.
With a penchant for big scores, the right-hander is no stranger to record-breaking partnerships, such as his 367 with Ben Duckett for the England Lions in 2016, or his 207-run stand with Joe Denly in a T20 match.
Carrying on that trend, Bell-Drummond became just the third man to score 300 in an innings for Kent, against Northamptonshire in 2023.
His batting prowess has translated seamlessly to the shorter formats, where he also has multiple scores of three figures, to go with his 18 in First-Class cricket.
