Amuruthaa Surenkumar

A Rugby School student, Amuruthaa Surenkumar has impressed on the cricketing circuit since making her professional debut aged just 16.
Having been part of the Sunrisers’ Academy between 2021 and 2023, the all-rounder made her senior debut in July 2023, scoring 25 and taking 2-44 against Southern Vipers.
She was part of the Sunrisers side who won the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy in 2024 in their final game as a side.
Surenkumar has made the move to the Bears in the off-season and spent the early part of 2025 as part of England Under-19s T20 World Cup squad, taking 3-17 against Pakistan as the side made the semi-final stage.
