Tom Aspinwall

A product of the famous Sedbergh School production line, Tom Aspinwall has grown into county cricket over the past few summers having made his Lancashire debut in 2023.

Part of an England Under 19s squad that reached the World Cup final in 2022, a year later the bowling all-rounder was taking 13 wickets across five games in the age group’s Ashes tour of Australia.

Returning to Manchester the 20-year-old made his Lancashire bow in the One-Day Cup taking ten wickets in eight games and making a top score of 47.

He had to wait until the first game of 2024 to make his First-Class debut after injury curtailed the previous summer, adding six four-day and eight T20 appearances to his burgeoning professional career.

In just his second First-Class match Aspinwall returned figures of 5-41 against Durham, going on to also make a debut in The Hundred with Manchester Originals in the 2024 competition.
