We want to send our congratulations to @gbbasketball who have qualified for this summer’s FIBA Women’s EuroBasket 2025 thanks to a resounding 75-58 win over Denmark in Gentofte on Sunday afternoon.
Hannah Jump was outstanding, going 4/8 from three-point land for her 20 points. She confirmed: “We knew coming in that this was a must win situation for us. I’m super excited about EuroBasket and showing the world what GB basketball is all about.”
Belgium, Montenegro and Slovenia confirmed their spots as group winners, while Portugal, GB, Lithuania and Switzerland advanced as the four best-ranked runners-up to complete the lineup. They join France, Serbia, Spain, Sweden and Türkiye who had already qualified ahead of the final day, alongside the four co-hosts Czechia, Germany, Greece and Italy.
