A superb recent 78-48 win over Portugal at the National Basketball Performance Centre in Manchester means GB have secured a spot in Europe's flagship women's basketball event.
Eurobasket Women 2023 will take place from June 15-25, 2023 in Tel Aviv, Israel and Ljubljana, Slovenia.
With co-hosts Israel and Slovenia qualified automatically, the rest of the 16-team field includes Group winners Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Montenegro, Serbia, Spain and Turkey. GB, along with Germany, Hungary and Slovakia were the four runners-up to qualify.
GB will learn their tournament opponents on March 8 at the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2023 draw in Slovenia. The participating teams are put into four groups of four teams each.
