On another dramatic Euro Tour weekend, Unicorn duo Keegan Brown and James Wade both had something to celebrate.
Brown powered his way to his first ever Euro Tour semi-final at the German Darts Championship in Hildesheim and it gave him a huge personal milestone as he entered the top 32 in the world for the very first time.
Wade hit a brilliant 9 darter as his terrific form continued.
But Brown will never forget his weekend in Hildesheim. A landmark 6-4 victory over World Champion Michael Van Gerwen. The Team Unicorn star was 6/6 on the doubles. He then whitewashed James Wilson before beating Gerwyn Price with a brilliant 12 darter in a last leg decider.
His run came to an end in the semi-finals at the hands of Ricky Evans who was beaten by Daryl Gurney in the final.
Wade’s 9 darter came in the last 16 against Darren Webster but he lost the match in a dramatic final leg. Ian White and Joe Cullen also reached the last 16 in Germany.

Meanwhile at the latest PDC Asian Tour double header in Leyte, Team Unicorn Japanese ace Seigo Asada reached another semi-final as he cemented his place in the top four of the Asian Order of Merit.
Remember the top four qualify for the World Championship. Asada is also now guaranteed to represent his country at the World Cup of Darts in Germany in June.

Michael Smith’s dramatic victory over Gerwyn Price in Rotterdam guaranteed his survival in the Premier League as Raymond van Barneveld was eliminated.
Smith and James Wade now have seven weeks to get on a roll and secure their spots in the PL play-offs in May.
